To print the owner's telephone number on the Expired Listings Report, download the report and open it with the Acrobat Reader Software which can be downloaded here if you don't already have it. How do you ensure that I get my Daily Real Estate Expired Listings Report
everyday by 7.30am?
Typically we start working on the MLS after midnight local time, giving us about seven hours to prepare your daily expired listings.
To ensure that we deliver daily, we have back-up virtual assistants for every client’s expired listing project. Our outsourcing centers also run their IT infrastructure with backup/redundant DSL internet access. If we are not able to meet the 7.30am deadline, it is likely the problem is from the MLS database or the relevant county website being down.
